The Security Camera for POS Text Inserter / Overlay Interface app lets you see what the cashier is ringing up and watch which item(s) are being sold, deleted, refunded, and/or exchanged on a security camera live or playback for error correction and loss prevention purposes, speed of service and much more, as you can see the physical item(s) on the counter, live transaction(s), and cashier at the same time. The app is designed to work with CPV-TIVO-HD4k or CPV-TIVO-IP text inserter/overlay box, NVRs, DVRs, and Serial and Ethernet communicator devices and connects to Clover's USB hub or over IP. CPV-TIVIO-HD4k and CPV-TIVO-IP text overlay devices are for merchants who do not have POS-Ready NVR or DVR. This is a great way to reduce shrinkage, employee errors, employee theft, speed of service (SOS), etc. Some iLink Professionals’ security systems may even allow you to search for transactions, create alarms/alerts on real-time bases via emails or send to CMS, turn on strobes, play sound, etc., based on keywords like Delete, Drawer Open, Refund, Exchange, Cash, etc. This application does not have access to or store any credit card or customer information, so it's very safe to use. $250 price is based on per terminal, so if you have three terminals, you must order quantity three.

This is a private app and will not show in Clover APP Market. When you purchase this app, please provide Clover Device ID during checkout under the comments section or call our office after the purchase with the Sales Order number. You can also use the below steps to download the app before purchasing the app. The device ID can be found under Setup on the Clover terminal, or you can see the device ID on the bottom-left of the Security Caemra App.

Support is provided on Clover Security Camera App, iLink Professioinals' NVR, and hardware. Clients are responsible for configuring hardware, NVR, Text interface devices, etc., not purchased from iLink Professionals.

This App is FREE for anyone purchasing our POS Ready iS Series NVR, CPV-TIVO-HD4k, or CPV-TIVO-IP. Must provide iLink Professionals' hardware serial number, Sales Order number & Clover Device ID. Call 1-215-315-3525 for more information.

Below is the link to download and install the Security Camera App to your Clover Station or Clover Mini terminal. This app will work for 3 days to 7 days without activation. When you open the app on the terminal after installation, it will show you the Device ID on the bottom left.

1. Click on this Clover link: https://www.clover.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=XD6KK0D369EF8 from any browser, and it doesn't have to be from the Clover terminal. This will take you to your Clover login page with the exact location of this private Clover APP
2. Use your Clover login ID and Password to log in (Please note that you are directly on the Clover website, and it is completely safe)
3. Click on the green button that says "Connect" This will install the Security Camera app on your terminal(s) associated with the login
4. Open the "Security Camera" App icon on the Clover terminal. 
The default Pin is 123456, which you can change if you like. This protects you so the unauthorized staff doesn't change the configuration.
